Dr. Martin Kovac is a senior energy systems researcher with over 20 years of experience in building energy performance, smart metering technologies, and residential energy optimization. He holds a PhD in Energy Engineering from the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava and completed postdoctoral research at ETH Zurich focused on smart grid integration and demand-side management. His research has been published in Energy and Buildings, Applied Energy, and the International Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems.
